Factsheets
The Country Factsheets provide an overview of trends in housing and mortgage markets across EU countries. They have been published by the EMF since 1997 and are regularly updated every two years. The Country Factsheets provide country-specific information on different housing and mortgage topics such as government housing policies, housing indicators, mortgage products and funding. They represent an essential and complementary tool of information to other EMF publications such as Quarterly Review and Hypostat. The 2009 edition of the Country Factsheets presents a new layout and includes direct web-links to external, national and EMF statistical sources and publications. The countries covered so far include Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
